August 27, 2009 (KAUKAUNA, WI) Nate VanWychen returned to victory lane for the third time this season, beating Doug Mahlik to the checkered flag by 0.359 seconds. Van Wychen started the 30-lap race from the fourth position, taking the lead from Tom Gee Jr. on lap three, following the caution when Chris Grimes made contact with the turn three wall. VanWychen continued to lead and was challenged by Mahlik as the laps were winding down. Jeff Van Oudenhoven finished third followed by Lowell Bennett and Robb Vanderloop. With just one week remaining in the 2009 Season, VanOudenhoven leads Bennett by nine points.
Brandon Conrad won the limited late model feature, his first win of the season. Conrad started from the pole, leading all twenty laps, holding off Becca Kasten and Kris Kelly. Jeff Tisler and Randy Van Roy rounded out the top five. Cautions slowed the race four times, including a red flag before the first lap was completed for an accident on the front straightaway that collected the cars of Jack Pankratz and Barnaby Tomazevic. Kelly wrapped up the chase for the championship, currently 160 points ahead of second place. The battle remains for Gary Natrop and Van Roy, who are tied for second place in the standings.
Dan Lewis Photo - danlewisphoto.netDan Gracyalny won his second Super Stock feature of the season, taking the lead from Sawyer Effertz on lap then, after Effertz spun and broke an axel. Gracyalny pulled away from the field, crossing the finish line 0.644 seconds ahead of Andy Cassavant. Brandon Wittman was third, followed by David Satorius, and Todd Baumann. Baumann remains the point leader, 40 points ahead of Dylan Wenzel.
Jacob Boldig won his first Sport Truck feature of the season. Boldig lead all twenty laps, holding off Jason Plutz by .320 seconds. Brandon Kucksdorf was third, followed by Todd Kostichka, and Ron Magdanz. Magdanz holds a 93-point lead over Plutz in the championship standings.
Dan Lewis Photo - danlewisphoto.netTim Richter won the first Sizzling Four feature of the evening, his seventh of the season. Richter took the lead from Colton Marx on lap eight. Marx finished second, followed by Kyle Fink, Tom Schweitzer, and Randy Sonkowsky. Roger Braun won the second feature of the night. Braun took the lead from Joe Paalman on lap eight, to win his first of the season. Fink finished second, followed by Wayne Sonkowksy, Schweitzer and Andy Wiese. Richter remains the point leader by 73 points over Schweitzer.

Gracyalny took the lead from Mike Meyerhofer on lap nine. Terry Van Roy finished second, followed by Willy Van Camp, Meyerhofer and Jared Baughman. Van Roy leads Baughman by 55 points in the championship standings.
